These are some of my latest decorative pieces. The hares are individually hand-carved in white stoneware clay then decorated so that the glaze stays within the carved design. They are mounted on polished oak or yew wood plaques supplied by Adam Flack (www.spoonsbyadam.co.uk)
The 3 hare plaques are £100 and the single hare plaques are £30 to £38 pounds excluding postage
All my mugs, plates, bowls and jars are made in small batches on my potter’s wheel. I decorate them by hand using a combination of coloured slips and food-safe glazes so that each one is unique to Wayside Pottery. I have some pieces in stock but I also make pieces to order. Get in touch if you would like some of my work for your home.
Jugs are £22, jars are £45 for a set of three, serving bowls are £30 and mugs are £15 each.
I hand-build each piece using textured clay to make these bottle vessels with bold silhouettes. The pieces in this range are designed as either candle holders or decanters. The pieces stand alone or can be grouped together for a striking display.
These pieces are designed to brighten your garden, patio or balcony even in the depths of winter. I make decorative cane toppers, bird feeders, candle holders and garden planters. I undertake commissions so do get in touch if you have a specific request. Cane toppers range from £12 to £25 each depending on the design.
