Clare Goodman, Wayside Pottery

Festival and Events

I take my work and my potter’s wheel to events, festivals and art fairs all over East Anglia. This year I am planning a number of events and courses. Please check my Wayside Pottery Facebook page for details and updates but so far I am planning to join the Woodland Haberdasher at Spoonstock in June 2023, Strumpshaw Tree Fair, Folk East festival, and my own Thrigby Autumn Arts Festival to name a few. Do keep a look out for updates on my Facebook and Instagram pages or drop me an email.

A few words about Thrigby Autumn Arts Festival ...

I started running Thrigby Autumn Arts Festival in the grounds of Thrigby Hall Wildlife Gardens in 2017. This 2-day event showcases artists, designer-makers and craftspeople from all over our region, giving them the chance to demonstrate their considerable skills, sell their work, and it provides opportunities for visitors to try their hands at all sorts of different arts and crafts. We have printmaking, pottery, wood carving, loom weaving, spinning, felting, leather working, willow weaving and painting available for children and adults to enjoy.

We are back again in 2023 with more great artists and makers so keep the weekend of September 9th and 10th free. I will keep you posted via the festival pages on Facebook and Instagram (follow us on @autumnartsfestival) or you can email me: clare@waysidepottery.co.uk if you want more details.
